This Roasted Red Pepper Hummus has got great flavor. I tasted that garlic kick right away, and then it faded to a smoky red pepper taste. I use leeks in all soups, stews, quiches, etc. It gives it that depth of flavor that elevates to another level. Must have in a pantry for quick adds to meals!
